Quality Development Specialist

The Quality, Risk and Project Management Office is looking for a Quality Development Specialist to drive quality initiatives and support strategic projects across the organization. Your tasks will be:

• Monitor quality-related data, KPIs, and feedback
• Facilitate reviews and coordinate improvement actions
• Monitor quality development action delivery
• Manage accreditation processes, surveys, audits, and reporting
• Enhance organization-wide quality awareness
• Prepare and validate KPI reports, generate official documentation, and coordinate action follow-up
• Ensure compliant project management practices
• Maintain a reliable project portfolio; identify synergies and overlaps
• Organize and facilitate governance forums
• Train stakeholders in airport-specific methodology
• Facilitate process workshops; document current and improved workflows; support implementation with clear documentation and training
• Lead or support selected strategic projects on a company-wide level

Our requirements:

• University / College degree (economics, project management or relevant)
• We take it as advantage, if you have Lean/Kaizen methodology experience
• Project management experience
• Quality management experience in service industry
• Negotiation level English (Hungarian is a must)
• Ability to see correlations
• Analytic mindset, integration skills
• Sophisticated but also assertive communication skills
