Be the first point of contact to all existing tenants, manage relationship to maximize property related revenue (KPI 1) as well as tenant satisfaction (KPI 2), manage properties within the defined portfolio in all related professional and administrative tasks, leasing of existing property in existing facilities at BUD. Maintain contacts with tenants on-airport (Landside, Airside), coordinate tenants needs (new leases, expansion, relocation, disposal, security issues, maintenance request, improvements, etc.) with other related airport departments (primary point of contact to the client).

 

Your task will be:

  • Leasing of non-retail premises in existing portfolio in line with the leasing guidelines, providing information and offers to interested parties (internal and external) after the approval of the superior manager
  • Participating in lease negotiations and coordinating the peparation of lease documentation with Legal Department.
  • Arranging the handover of the leased premises/facilities to tenants, and proper documentation according to internal regulations, arranging premise and/or facility take back according to the lease agreement and proper documentation
  • Data preparation from business systems (SAP, GIS, etc.) for offers, lease agreements, reports, for business cases and decisions
  • Co-ordination of necessary refurbishment for tenants with the support of Legal, Airport Development and Technical Services (collect technical and functional data), organization hand over, follow up and proper documentation
  • Maintain and follow up the database and the ongoing works ordered from Support Services, including Procurement, Technical Services and Facility Management
  • Support the work of the superior manager
  • Support regular meetings between BUD´s Property directorate and Support Services. Provision of proper feedback to tenants about maintenance requests and orders
  • Maintain the internal tenant database, contact list (Property Management CRM) including the main contractual conditions
  • Maintain regular contact with tenants, providing information and delivering service. Coordinate the airport entry permissions for new tenants
  • Manage and run small/medium client and Property Management team projects.
  • Order, supervise, approve and sign the performance certificate of smaller/medium value maintenance and repair tasks and arrange the invoicing with finance
  • Performing administrative tasks in an office setting

 

Our requirements:

  • College or university degree in Economics or Technical Management
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in similar area
  • Hungarian language is a must and fluent English language knowledge (written, verbal)
  • Project and commercial tenant relation management experience
  • Proven experience in developing and executing projects
  • Result oriented, proactivity with drive and customer focus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in all levels
  • B category driver license

Terminal 1 is located at Budapest district XVIII. We are easily accessible by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest, Ferihegy railway station is located directly at our premises (trains run every fifteen minutes from the Nyugati Railway Station and Zugló), or by car via the airport express road or the M0 ring road. You don’t have to worry about parking either, you can use our P+R park place!
