Ground handling service level analyst

If you have higher level Excel knowledge, and you’re the person, who can easily see through the forest of data, don’t hesitate to apply for our Ground Handling service level analyst position.

Your tasks will be:

• Supporting the ongoing BUD-GH SLA by collecting and extracting data from the system (in Excel).
• Identification and escalation of the daily GH issues on systemic level, administration.
• Preparing summaries, charts, analysis and statistical presentations from the digital or manual recorded KPIs, spot checks. 
• Follow up on KPIs of the BUD-GH SLA, spot checks and suggestions for modifications.
• Keeping contact with the ground handling companies.

Our requirements:

• High school diploma or higher level degree
• At least 2 years experience in administration, data analysis
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• MS Office advanced knowledge (especially Excel), power BI knowledge is an advantage
• B category driving license
• Punctual and precise way of working
• Great communication skills with open minded attitude

• Aviation sector experience
• Airport operation system knowledge
