Cost controller (Airport Development projects)

Your tasks will be:

• Controlling support for the approval and other administrative processes of Terminal 3 Development
• Data provision for the implementation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Support for the preparation and implementation of the related annual investment business plan and mid-year forecasts
• Data provision for the preparation of quarterly and annual business reports
• Preparation of interim financial analyses, data collection
• Preparation of presentations for the Airport Development senior management
• Management of the T3 project related processes in the SAP system
• Alignment, co-ordination with and support of the financial and other BUD area stakeholders
• Participation in the development, maintenance, operation, and improvement of an integrated strategic and controlling measurement system at the corporate level that is aligned with performance management and the functional controlling system
• Participation in the preparation of the Company's - Terminal 3 Development related - Business Plan and periodic forecasts
• Participation in the coordination of strategic and business plan objectives, the development, measurement and reporting of the Company's main and supplementary activity coverage calculation system, and the development and operation of a rolling annual economic performance forecasting system
• Performing and coordinating regulatory and documentation tasks related to its area of operation as determined by the Controlling Director, ensuring that they are up to date
• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Participation in workstreams as a Controlling delegate and supporting decision-making
• Preparing project return on investment calculations (business cases) and checking received calculations
• Participating in supporting annual audits and ad hoc audits
• Supporting and documenting general controlling processes of the Company

  Our requirements:

• University/college degree in economics/finance/controlling,
• 5 years relevant experience in large scale development projects’ cost control,
• fluent Hungarian and English language skills,
• excellent numeracy skills, business acumen and accuracy,
• excellent communication and presentation skills,
• experience in managing integrated systems,
• confident manner, ability to assert oneself appropriately at all job levels,
• proven ability of persuasion in writing, in numbers, and in verbal presentations,
• ability to work independently without strict supervision,
• reliability, accuracy, and creativity.
