Concession Key Account Manager (Retail)

Your tasks will be:

• Manage a portfolio of concessionaires to support business performance and service quality, working closely with internal teams
• Handle and support lease contracts, including contract changes and amendments
• Act as the main point of contact for concessionaires, managing daily requests and operational matters
• Improve service quality by reviewing performance data and monitoring partner activities

Our requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or client-facing roles in the retail industry, which could be shopping center management or key account management at a retailer or food & beverage company
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
• Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently and manage small teams or projects
• Understanding of airport commercial operations and their impact on business and customer experience
• B category driving license
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strategic, results-driven, and business-focused
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication
• Team player, self-motivated, and independent
• Builds strong working relationships
• Honest, reliable, and demonstrates personal drive
