Your tasks will be the following:

 

  • Oversight of BUD’s compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Operating and overseeing the Company’s compliance management program.
  • Implementing compliance trainings, advisories, and awareness programs.
  • Coordinating and conducting investigations of whistleblowing reports.
  • Conducting internal compliance and data protection audits.
  • Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions identified during internal audits.
  • Maintaining and overseeing the company’s compliance risk assessment and register.
  • Coordinating and managing the company’s third-party screening system.
  • Providing compliance assurance advice to other managers, including professional review and advice regarding compliance-related manuals and procedures.     
  • Preparing compliance reports for the executive management.
  • Taking part in data protection (GDPR) oversight and assurance.
  • Monitoring changes in relevant regulatory requirements, and the implementation of such changes.

 

This is what we expect from you:

 

  • University degree and relevant training in compliance or data protection.
  • Dedication to ensuring the highest levels of legal compliance and ethical behavior, and a positive attitude to represent these values.
  • Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 years management experience.
  • Experience and formal training in data protection (GDPR).
  • Knowledge in third-party risk management and international sanctions screening.
  • Experience in integrated corporate management systems.
  • Project management and change management experience.
  • Outstanding command of both spoken and written Hungarian and English.
  • B category driver’s license.

We are easily accessible by bus 200E from Kőbánya-Kispest, and Ferihegy Railway Station is right next to us (trains run from Nyugati Railway Station and Zugló every quarter hour). You can reach us by car via the expressway or the M0 and you don't have to worry about parking!
