Your responsibilities will include:

• Support design development and design revision for planned and on-going projects.
• Providing technical professional support, preparation, and compilation for developments and development concepts related to your role.
• Gathering architectural and technical requirements and data for developments and preparing development programs.
• Conducting architectural and technical assessments of planned implementation sites and, if necessary, recommending suitable locations for implementation.
• Verifying the feasibility of developments in accordance with the airport's current zoning plan.
• Professionally assisting in the tendering process for engineering services, design, and construction contracts, involving relevant departments.
• Preparing implementation schedules and rough cost estimates with the help of specialized departments.
• Integrating the concept into long-term development plans.
• Preparing Technical Task Definitions for external contractors' design tasks (e.g., for tender purposes) in coordination with related disciplines, and collecting and compiling the necessary professional background materials.
• Participating in professional consultations and preparing minutes and summaries.
• Creating conceptual floor plans and site plans.
• Providing professional support for procurement processes, from pre-qualification to evaluating incoming bids.
• Full coordination and management of design tasks carried out by external contractors, including consultation and alignment with relevant stakeholders

What we expect from you:

• A degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of design processes, AutoCAD, Archicad, and MS Project.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Good conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• A valid Category B driver's license.
